So Frustrating!

I can't figure out how exactly to get my blocks to line up perfectly! I tried pining in a way I thought would get them to line up right but nope.

I think if I want to do this quilt it is gonna take a bit of ripping :(

How do you pin? It took me a long time to discover a few small things that I was doing that kept my pieces from matching and measuring what they should. Say I am matching up two squares, I would pin each outside corner first, then the middle. I always pin the ends first, then work my way in with pins evenly on each side until I get to the center. Also, double check your cutting - even the slightest 1/8 of an inch off will make a difference once you start sewing and pinning things together. If you are cutting acurately, then you'll have no problems with pinning. Another thing is to double check your 1/4 inch seam allowance. I have made a whole world of mess for myself by using the wrong mark for my 1/4 allowance! :)
